At 416-Flowers.com, we value every order and are committed to providing exceptional service with top-quality flowers at affordable prices. Our reliable delivery network and unique Rush Delivery service across the GTA make sending flowers a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. This is critical to ensure successful delivery. The following may result in delays or additional charges:

  • ● Missing or incorrect information (e.g. apartment number, unit, buzzer, postalcode)
  • ● The driver is unable to identify the delivery location
  • ● No concierge is available to accept the delivery
  • ● The recipient refuses the delivery or no one is present to accept it

If the delivery cannot be completed and must be rescheduled:

  • ● Redelivery must be made to the same address within 48 hours of the initial attempt due to the perishable nature of flowers.
  • ● Alternatively, we may offer a discounted rate on a new arrangement.

For time-sensitive deliveries, please call us directly to confirm and make the necessary arrangements.

  • ● Regular deliveries are fulfilled by 9:00 PM at the latest
  • ● Business Hours Delivery services are completed between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If your delivery is going to a building with a concierge, we recommend notifying them in advance to accept the package on your behalf.

Does the Recipient Need to Be Present?

Yes, we recommend that someone be available to receive the order. If not, the driver will decide on the safest and most suitable option:

  • ● Leave it at the door (weather and safety permitting)
  • ● Leave it with a neighbour
  • ● Leave it with a colleague

If the driver determines that none of these options are safe or appropriate, the delivery will be returned and a second delivery charge may apply. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours to reschedule. Deliveries to rural or out-of-zone areas may incur additional charges. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Business Hours Delivery Policies

This option is available under the following conditions:

  • ● Available for items over $49 (before tax)
  • ● Available on weekdays only (Monday to Friday)
  • ● Deliveries will be made during business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In Case of Unforeseen Delays:

If, due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, or accidents), we are unable to complete the delivery by 5:00 PM, we will contact you to arrange the best alternative:

  • ● Delivering to the recipient’s home address (if it's within our delivery zone)
  • ● Rescheduling the delivery for another date

We will work with you to ensure a smooth resolution.

Noon Delivery Policies

  • ● Available only for qualified items
  • ● Not all areas qualify
  • ● Availability may depend on seasonal demand and delivery capacity

Funeral Home Deliveries

  • ● Free delivery is available for funeral homes within our service area on orders over $69
  • ● Time-sensitive or out-of-GTA funeral deliveries may incur additional charges or restrictions

Rush Delivery Policies

  • ● Delivery begins as soon as possible after our team reviews and confirms your order (Delivery time may vary depending on distance, time of order, and traffic. We will provide an ETA.)
  • ● A dedicated floral designer will prepare your arrangement, and a dedicated driver will complete the delivery
  • ● This is our fastest and most prioritized service. Your order takes top priority
  • ● Available 7 days a week
  • ● Only select items are eligible for Rush Delivery
  • ● Must be selected at checkout
  • ● Order is confirmed only after our customer support team verifies availability
  • ● Delivery fee varies by location and availability

Next Day Free Delivery Policies

Our Free Next Day Delivery option is available under the following conditions:

  • ● To qualify, the total value of an item in the delivery must be over $89 (before tax and delivery)
  • ● The order must be placed at least one day before the desired delivery date
  • ● Orders are initially treated as work orders and must be reviewed and approved by our team. Estimated delivery time begins only after the order is approved and invoiced
  • ● Available for qualifying areas only
  • ● Available 7 days a week
  • ● Availability may vary during holidays

If the option appears in your shopping cart, it means it’s available and will be honoured.
